• Conduct thorough assessments to accurately identify the individual mental health needs of clients.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans that encompass evidence-based therapeutic methodologies and cater to the unique requirements of each client.
• Engage in one-on-one counseling sessions, creating a warm and trusting environment that encourages clients to share their challenges openly.
• Stay abreast of current trends and advancements in mental health treatment to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Provide referrals to external specialists when necessary, facilitating comprehensive care through a collaborative approach.
• Document client progress and treatment outcomes effectively using our electronic health record systems.

• A master's degree in counseling, psychology, or a related mental health field, qualifying you for LPC licensure.

• Knowledge of a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness techniques.
• Previous experience in a remote working environment.

We offer a competitive salary range from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
