• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the severity, frequency, and impact of mood disorder symptoms in clients.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, available treatment options, self-care practices, and coping strategies.
• Monitor client progress meticulously, ensuring that treatment plans are modified as needed to meet evolving needs.
• Engage in continuous collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care, integrating mental health with physical health resources.
• Stay updated on current research and advancements in the treatment of mood disorders to enhance patient care strategies.
• Maintain confidentiality and manage records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and opportunities for professional development.

• Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
