• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for students, identifying their mental health challenges along with their strengths and resources.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that set clear, achievable goals and specify individualized interventions.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and risk assessment, ensuring timely safety planning when necessary.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

You will primarily support students aged K-12 and their families experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. This role is essential in connecting families with appropriate resources, both within the school and in the broader community.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited university is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is a must.

• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and effective treatment strategies.
