Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services to assigned clients exhibiting symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders via telehealth or remote sessions.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, screenings, and evaluations of clients' mental health needs, crafting tailored care plans that reflect their unique circumstances.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, focusing on achieving measurable outcomes.
• Facilitate multidisciplinary collaboration across educational and mental health networks, ensuring holistic support for each client.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reporting in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies, ensuring that all data are submitted promptly.
• Serve on various committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and quality improvement within the organization.
• Provide on-call crisis intervention support, addressing immediate needs and ensuring continuity of care.
• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as needed, ensuring alignment with client goals and feedback.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, with annual compensation between USD 70,000 and 85,000, commensurate with experience.
