Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough assessments and mental health evaluations to understand clients' needs, establishing personalized treatment plans based on their individual circumstances.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions using secure telehealth platforms, ensuring the confidentiality and safety of client information.
• Work collaboratively with clients to co-create therapeutic goals, ensuring they receive tailored support throughout their treatment journey.
• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other approaches suited to meet clients’ needs.
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of client interactions and progress notes, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The client population you will serve encompasses individuals from diverse backgrounds who are addressing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and stress management. You will play a vital role in facilitating their healing journey and contributing to meaningful changes in their daily lives.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Demonstrated talent in building rapport with clients remotely through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy and compassion are essential, enabling strong relational dynamics with clients as they navigate personal challenges.
• Exceptional organizational skills and proficiency in managing time to handle therapy sessions and documentation seamlessly.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in using teletherapy platforms and familiarity with digital tools that support remote counseling.
• Prior experience in developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Knowledge of working with various mental health diagnoses and conditions.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with the therapist's caseload and level of experience.
