How you'll make an impact

In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for your clients, ensuring their needs are met with care and efficiency. You’ll lead the renewal process, working closely with the production team to deliver tailored solutions. By cultivating strong relationships with clients and their teams, you’ll help secure existing business and identify opportunities for additional services. Your work will directly contribute to client satisfaction, retention, and the overall success of our branch.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Manage a portfolio of public entity accounts, ensuring high-quality service delivery
  • Partner with the production team to lead renewals and deliver the best solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their teams.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and coverage.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

About You

Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:

  • A bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of client service or claims management experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 10+ years of experience.
  • Property and Casualty Licensing as required.
  • Experience managing client relationships, preferably in insurance.
  • Financial acumen and the ability to balance priorities effectively.
  • A knack for using technology to enhance productivity and service quality.
  • Strong communication skills and a consultative approach to problem-solving.
  • Role is open for Hybrid or Fully remote based out of Louisana.
