• Conduct thorough assessments of students' mental health needs through virtual consultations and interviews.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that address each student’s unique challenges and strengths, incorporating family dynamics when necessary.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including solution-based therapy, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and mindfulness practices, to foster resilience and positive mental health outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records to track progress and inform treatment adjustments, utilizing our secure electronic health record system.
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, school administrators, and other mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, staying current on research and best practices in mental health and educational support.

This position primarily serves students ranging from elementary to high school who experience a range of emotional and behavioral challenges. You will work with children and adolescents dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and more, playing an essential role in facilitating their emotional growth and success within the academic environment.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active Licensed Mental Health Therapist license (LMSW) in the state of Nevada.
• Demonstrated proficiency in therapeutic techniques relevant to children and adolescents.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey empathy and understanding.

A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical or school-based environment is preferred, providing you with a solid foundation in addressing the complex needs of young clients and an understanding of the educational system's dynamics.
