Job description

Contingent USTDA opportunity - South and Southeast Asia Aviation Infrastructure Project Scoping Mission (1131PL26R0063).
Role: Independent Technical Reviewer and Proposal/Report Editor
Accountability: Perform cross-discipline reconciliation, claim/source checks and release review.
Required evidence: 15+ years independent review, technical editing or multidisciplinary infrastructure QA.
Preferred: Aviation and federal deliverables.
  • Four-year period of performance; intermittent, assignment-based work.
  • Remote work with possible travel in South and Southeast Asia.
  • U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident required for proposal eligibility.
  • Submit a current resume limited to three pages and identify 2-3 directly relevant projects.
  • Confirm availability, travel restrictions, organizational conflicts, citizenship/LPR category, and rate/conditions.
