Role Overview

Paravel Insights is seeking a highly skilled Designer to help lead and execute creative work across a wide range of client accounts and campaigns. This role is ideal for a designer who combines strong visual instincts with strategic thinking and thrives in a collaborative, high-capacity agency environment.

The Designer will play a key role in shaping visual systems, campaigns, brands, digital content, advertising creative, presentations, social assets, websites, and storytelling experiences across multiple platforms. This person should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing strong creative craft with fast-moving execution.

The candidate will work closely with strategists, account managers, copywriters, project managers, and other creative team members to bring ideas to life in a way that is visually compelling, strategically aligned, and executionally excellent.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Development & Execution
  • Lead the design and execution of creative assets across digital, print, social, web, advertising, video, and campaign initiatives

  • Translate strategy and messaging into strong visual concepts and systems

  • Develop cohesive brand identities, campaign looks, and scalable creative systems

  • Create high-quality presentations, pitch decks, marketing collateral, social graphics, ad creative, and web visuals

  • Ensure consistency across all deliverables while maintaining a high standard of creative excellence

Creative Strategy & Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with strategists and account leads to develop creative aligned with campaign goals

  • Contribute ideas during brainstorming, campaign development, and creative planning sessions

  • Participate in creative reviews and provide thoughtful, constructive feedback

Project Ownership & Quality Control
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Ensure deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and at a high level of polish

  • Maintain organized working files and strong version control practices

  • Review creative work for consistency, alignment, and quality before final delivery

Team Collaboration
  • Work collaboratively with internal team members and external contractors when needed

  • Communicate proactively regarding timelines, revisions, and project needs

  • Participate in internal meetings, creative reviews, and collaborative planning sessions

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably within an agency, marketing, or campaign environment

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, campaign design, digital creative, and visual storytelling

  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

  • Experience with Figma, Canva, Google Workspace, Slack, and Asana preferred

  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, composition, and branding principles

  • Ability to think strategically while executing at a high creative level

  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative, and feedback-oriented environment

  • Motion graphics, video editing, or web design experience is a plus
