Position Overview:
  • The Legal Division is seeking an eDiscovery Senior Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations within eDiscovery & Data Management.
  • This role includes directly managing, leading, and mentoring members of the eDiscovery team, developing and executing protocols for data governance and litigation support, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Your Impact:
In this role, you will ensure timely and accurate completion of eDiscovery and data management requests. You will identify opportunities for process improvement, implement efficiencies, and keep the team aligned with evolving technologies and industry standards. Additional responsibilities include:
  • Providing strategic guidance on work assignments.
  • Advising on approach and priorities and collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners to meet objectives.
  • Receiving assignments in the form of objectives and determines resource allocation to achieve schedules and goals.
  • Recommending policy changes and establishing procedures based on workload and demand.
  • Working on issues of diverse scope requiring evaluation of multiple factors, including current business trends.
  • Acting as an advisor to subordinates to resolve technical challenges and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in a people management role.
  • Strong knowledge of eDiscovery principles (EDRM) and Legal Hold Administration and management.
  • Strong technical expertise combined with business acumen.
  • Ability to manage, lead, and mentor a direct team while fostering collaboration.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
