Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer and Information Systems Managers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Lead enterprise IT operations, production support, incident management, and operational governance to ensure system availability and service reliability.
  2. Manage production deployments, operational readiness, managed file transfer processes, EDI transaction operations, and infrastructure support activities.
  3. Direct root cause analysis, service improvement initiatives, operational documentation, and standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  4. Provide team leadership, resource planning, stakeholder communication, vendor coordination, and performance management while ensuring successful delivery of operational objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT operations, production support, incident management, infrastructure operations, and enterprise service delivery, including leadership of operational support teams.

Technical Skills

IBM DataPower, IBM MQ, Managed File Transfer (MFT), Splunk, EDI X12, SQL, ServiceNow, Jira

Business / Domain Skills

IT Operations Management, Incident Management, Production Support, Service Delivery, Operational Excellence, Vendor & Stakeholder Management

Communication

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience leading infrastructure operations, production deployments, and operational governance.
  2. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.
