Contract: 6 Months with Potential for Full-Time Conversion

Are you an Epic HIM Coding Analyst looking for a fully remote opportunity with long-term potential? Our healthcare client is seeking an Epic HIM Coding Analyst with just 2-5 years of experience to join an exciting enterprise initiative supporting a major Epic charging transformation project.

Candidates must currently reside in one of the following states:

Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.

• Support Epic HIM Coding application workflows and optimization efforts
• Collaborate with operational and technical teams on system enhancements and issue resolution
• Participate in build, testing, troubleshooting, and end-user support activities
• Assist with the organization's Epic ED Charging implementation and transition from Lynx
• Help ensure coding workflows align with operational and regulatory requirements

• Epic HIM Hospital Coding Certification
• 2-5 years of Epic HIM Coding Analyst experience
• Experience supporting Epic HIM workflows in a healthcare environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

The team recently launched a large-scale Epic ED Charging Project, transitioning from their current Lynx platform. This initiative is expected to continue through the end of the year and is a key organizational priority.

This is a Contract position based out of Columbus, OH.

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
