• Conduct individual video therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, focusing primarily on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to develop integrated treatment plans.
• Utilize an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to document client progress, track outcomes, and inform treatment adjustments.
• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary and maintain a strong support system for clients requiring immediate assistance.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay abreast of the latest therapeutic techniques and mental health policies.

As a therapist at Guiding Light Therapy, you will serve a diverse client population, including individuals from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. Your expertise will be crucial in addressing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. You will be responsible for tailoring treatment plans to each client’s specific needs, ensuring inclusive and culturally competent care.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in a mental health-related field from an accredited institution.
• An active LMFT, LCMHC, or LCSW license in Florida.
• A minimum of one year of post-licensure experience, with a preference for candidates possessing at least two years of experience in CBT.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients in a remote setting.
• A willingness to embrace digital tools and methodologies to enhance clinical practice and client engagement.

• Experience working with a wide array of client demographics and mental health challenges.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and telehealth platforms to streamline therapeutic sessions and documentation.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000 annually, along with additional incentives based on performance.
