Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify and analyze clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges, ensuring a tailored approach to treatment.
  • Formulate and implement individual service plans that outline clear goals, appropriate interventions, and measurable progress milestones.
  • Provide empathetic counseling and support to clients and their families, aiding them as they navigate the complexities of addiction and recovery.

  • Offer immediate crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments, employing safety planning strategies to ensure client welfare.
