Business Development Manager

Remote

Control Bionics builds neurotechnology that reads the body's own signals and turns them into usable data and control. For over fifteen years that work has helped people with severe mobility and speech impairments access the digital world. Today the same core technology powers NeuroStrip, a wearable muscle-sensing platform used in physical therapy, rehabilitation and elite sport. We are looking for a full-time Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This a remote, field-based position, ideally based in the Central Time Zone, with regular travel required.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be help grow our presence in the U.S. and help organizations understand how Control Bionics’ solutions can make a meaningful difference.

PAY: $120,000-$140,000 base salary, depending on experience, plus eligible for company bonus

Schedule:

  • Field-based, full-time
  • You can be based anywhere in the U.S. within easy access of a major airport.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, educators, organizations, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective customers with referral partners.
  • Meet regularly with customers and prospects to understand their needs and identify opportunities where Control Bionics solutions can help.
  • Manage opportunities throughout the sales process from initial discovery through close.
  • Develop territory and accounts plans to drive growth.
  • Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information in CRM systems.
  • Attend conferences, trade shows, demonstrations, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers receive an excellent experience.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to help inform business strategy and product development.
  • Travel regularly throughout your territory, including overnight travel when required.
