Job description

Oxford Solutions is partnering with a retail client to hire an eCommerce Product Coordinator to support digital merchandising efforts across a range of sports and product categories.
This is a fully remote opportunity (EST zone), with preference given to candidates located in the Pittsburgh, PA area.

This role supports various product verticals including licensed professional sports merchandise, golf, baseball/softball, team sports, apparel, accessories, and asset-focused content operations. Candidates should indicate their area of expertise when applying.

In this position, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing product detail page (PDP) content to improve the customer experience and drive online performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain product detail pages including titles, descriptions, and product attributes
  • Source, organize, and publish product images, videos, and related digital assets
  • Collaborate with merchandising, buying, and vendor teams to gather accurate product information
  • Analyze site performance and customer behavior to identify opportunities for content improvement
  • Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards
  • Support process improvements and leverage tools to increase efficiency, including AI and automation tools

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce content, digital merchandising, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills preferred
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms, CMS or PIM systems, and analytics tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with tools such as Alteryx, Quantum Metric, or Adobe products is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; basic understanding of HTML is helpful
