We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team at Riverbend Community Wellness & Mental Health, Inc. in a remote capacity. This full-time position will involve providing essential mental health services to our clients within a supportive detox center environment. This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements that accommodate your schedule while ensuring the needs of our clients are met. As part of a detox center team, you will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary group of professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and healthcare providers, to facilitate a cohesive treatment experience. • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of clients to understand their mental health concerns and strengths.
• Provide individualized therapy, including individual, family, and group sessions, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.
• Collaborate effectively with the treatment team to develop and implement comprehensive client-centered treatment plans.
• Facilitate crisis interventions, perform risk assessments, and create safety plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical standards and state regulations.
• Organize and lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance community connections and therapeutic outcomes.

As an LCSW at Riverbend, you will work primarily with clients in a detox setting. This population may include individuals facing substance use challenges alongside co-occurring mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Your interventions will significantly contribute to their recovery journey, fostering resilience and long-term wellness.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.
• Proven expertise in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment methodologies.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with diverse clientele.

• A minimum of two years’ experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, specifically in a role dealing with substance use and psychological disorders.
• Experience in crisis intervention and risk assessment within a clinical or group therapeutic environment.
