Work Environment

This is a full-time remote position, which allows you to provide care through telehealth services. Operating from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, our schedule enables a work-life balance that values your time and commitments. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of diverse clients, fostering rapport and maintaining a professional therapeutic alliance while respecting ethical boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions to evaluate client progress, provide feedback and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal care.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that are both person-centered and tailored to clients' unique needs and circumstances.
• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, including assessment results, progress notes, and treatment adjustments.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to establish baseline measurements for psychological and emotional well-being.
• Engage in individual supervision to refine skills and enhance therapeutic techniques.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers to coordinate care and improve treatment outcomes.
• Embrace a continuous learning philosophy to evolve in your practice and adapt to advancing methodologies in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your practice will encompass a wide range of client needs, including working with individuals navigating substance abuse challenges, experiencing depression or anxiety disorders, and those dealing with body image and eating issues. Qualifications

• A master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field is required.
• An active and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) credential in the state of Maryland.
• At least one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting is essential.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and listening skills that facilitate effective therapy and client interactions.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
