Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the developmental needs of infants and toddlers.
- Collaborate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) to tailor interventions that support each child’s unique needs.
- Monitor and document progress, outcomes, and any adjustments needed in treatment strategies, working alongside an interdisciplinary team.
- Provide evidence-based early intervention support and training to families, empowering them to contribute effectively to their child’s development.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations related to early intervention services.
- Develop strong rapport with children, their families, and team members to create a nurturing and collaborative learning environment.
- Administer evaluations and assessments in a sensitive and engaging manner, taking into account varying learning styles and family dynamics.
This position centers on providing impactful support to infants and toddlers aged 0-3 years who have developmental delays or disabilities. Qualifications- Master’s Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
