Job Overview:

Pay Range: $73.90hr - $78.90hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Organizational Development, Organizational Leadership, Communications or related field.
  • 8+ years of business, communications and/or organizational change management experience.
  • In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
  • Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and foster collaboration.
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
  • Ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning and executing change management for technical and/or non-technical projects.
  • Focuses on changes to technology, business processes, corporate/market initiatives and/or organizational structures.
  • Identifies project risks and creates mitigation strategies.
  • Applies change management methodologies, communication planning, organizational readiness assessment and stakeholder analyses.
  • Develops communication, change management and/or training plans and materials.
  • Oversees or monitors execution to ensure adoption and minimal disruption of normal business operations.
  • Drives and identifies organization change requirements, including completion of change management and impact assessments.
  • Assesses change management needs of internal and external stakeholders for assigned projects.
  • Works with program and project teams to roll out changes to stakeholders in a structured way regarding transitions from one technology or business process to another.
  • Partners with program leadership and project implementation teams to align on direction, strategy and business objectives.
  • Facilitates adoption of technical and business solutions and organizational change.
  • Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized change management presentations to executives, leaders, and project teams.
  • Advises, counsels and coaches leadership and front line managers on active and visible sponsorship.
  • Influences and advises executives on organizational change and organizational effectiveness issues.
  • Ensures deliverables are robust, meet program and project needs and are delivered against deadlines.
  • Supports the development of change management skills across the organization.
  • Provides mentoring and guidance on the application of change management best practices.
