Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)

About This Opportunity

We are seeking a Maryland Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor for a full-time remote therapy position. This role offers consistent clinical work, competitive pay, and the ability to support clients through telehealth.

Job Summary

As a Remote LCPC Therapist, your work will focus on helping clients understand their concerns, build coping skills, and move toward realistic treatment goals. You will provide counseling through virtual sessions, document clinical progress, and adjust treatment plans as client needs change.

Position Information

  • Location: Maryland
  • Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients virtually for scheduled therapy appointments
  • Review client symptoms, concerns, goals, and background during intake
  • Provide counseling for mood concerns, stress, relationship challenges, grief, trauma responses, and adjustment issues
  • Use evidence-based counseling methods within your clinical scope
  • Complete progress notes, treatment updates, and other required records
  • Track client progress and make clinical recommendations as appropriate
  • Maintain a private, professional space for telehealth sessions
  • Follow Maryland counseling regulations and ethical practice standards

Requirements

  • Active Maryland LCPC license in good standing
  • Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field
  • Experience providing therapy in outpatient, private practice, community mental health, or telehealth settings
  • Ability to work independently while managing a remote caseload
