As a remote team member, you will work from home, engaging with clients through our telehealth platform. • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, emotional well-being, and treatment needs.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address each client's unique goals and challenges.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods in individual, family, and group therapy sessions, fostering an engaging and supportive therapeutic environment.
• Regularly monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention support when clients experience urgent psychological distress or emergencies.
• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatment and methodologies to enhance clinical practice.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through supervision and training opportunities.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards set forth by relevant licensing boards and organizations in the mental health field.

Our client population includes individuals of all ages facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. As a therapist, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through their struggles, offering compassionate and tailored support to facilitate healing and growth.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (e.g., LMFT, LMHC, LCSW).
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with an ability to formulate effective treatment plans.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy and commitment to client well-being.
• Proficient in working both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of ethical guidelines and laws governing mental health practices.

• A minimum of three years of experience in a mental health counseling role, with a proven track record in delivering quality therapeutic care.
• Experience in providing therapy through telehealth platforms is highly desirable.
