• Provide exceptional, evidence-based therapy services tailored to meet the unique needs of a diverse clientele.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that reflect clients' goals and desires.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions through various modalities, including individual therapy, couples counseling, and family therapy.
• Collaborate with clients to establish treatment objectives and methodically track progress to ensure effective care.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulatory guidelines.
• Leverage our intuitive software platform to efficiently manage client appointments and therapeutic notes.

Our counselor team works with a broad range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, depression, and more. We value cultural competency and inclusiveness, ensuring that our services are accessible and relevant to clients from various demographics and backgrounds.

• A Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related mental health field is required.
• Candidates must hold a full license (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD) by the State Board to conduct therapy independently.

• Experience in evidence-based therapeutic practices and a proven track record in managing diverse client portfolios are highly desirable.
• Prior experience utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems will be beneficial in this role.
• Specialization in areas such as pediatric mental health, trauma recovery, anxiety disorders, or substance use disorders will be advantageous.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
