Learning Content Developer at BairesDev In this role, you'll design and deliver impactful learning experiences that help our recruiters and Talent Acquisition professionals prepare, develop, and excel in their roles.

Working at the intersection of pedagogy and technology, you'll transform complex processes into engaging microlearnings, courses, simulations, and workshops that drive measurable performance improvements. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you'll combine instructional design expertise with data-driven insights to shape how our talent acquisition team learns and grows. What You'll Do: Create microlearnings, courses, workshops, simulations, and quizzes tailored to Talent Acquisition team needs.

Transform technical documentation into clear, pedagogically sound learning content. Design learning paths by role and seniority level to ensure structured skill development. Measure training effectiveness through completion rates, satisfaction scores, and post-training performance improvements.

Coordinate with Documentation, Enablement, and Content Design teams to maintain content consistency and accuracy. What we are looking for: Experience in IT or tech-adjacent industries. Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communication, Psychology, or related field.

Experience with LMS platforms such as EdApp or similar. Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools. Background in content creation.
