JOB SUMMARY The Associate, Growth Merchant Lead for Emerging Markets is responsible for winning new business and driving growth strategy in untapped rural and regional markets. This field sales role involves building partnerships with local and regional restaurants through a transactional deal cycle, requiring extensive travel within the assigned territory. The position provides direct access to sales tools and market information, with travel costs covered by the company. Key Responsibilities • Travel to emerging markets to expand footprint. • Sell restaurant owners on the value of partnering. • Negotiate revenue share agreements and close new business quickly. • Manage a transactional deal cycle with face-to-face interactions. • Coordinate with Regional Sales Managers to align on market strategy. • Utilize sales tools such as sales sheets, gift cards, and business cards. • Ensure compliance with company travel policies and reporting.
