Strategic Ecommerce Growth Manager (Patio Division)
Location: Sacramento, CA 95826
Remote Status: Hybrid (2 days a week in office)

Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Ecommerce Growth Manager to lead the growth strategy for our Patio Division and drive profitable online revenue growth. This role is responsible for developing and executing initiatives that improve customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and overall ecommerce performance.
Working at the intersection of Marketing, UX, Pricing, Supply Chain, and Data Analytics, this individual will identify growth opportunities and implement data-driven strategies to improve key performance metrics, including AOV, LTV, ROAS, conversion rate, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical mindset, a passion for turning insights into action, and a proven ability to deliver measurable business results through cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities: ECommerce Strategy, Growth amp; P amp;L Ownership
  • Lead the overall performance of the e-commerce business, taking full ownership of key growth metrics including revenue, conversion rate, website traffic, average order value, and customer lifetime value.
  • Develop and execute short and long-term digital strategies spanning multiple brands, using analytics and performance data to establish clear priorities and measurable business objectives across every website and marketing campaign.
  • Operate with a General Manager mindset by closely monitoring daily business performance, proactively identifying emerging opportunities and risks, and making timely decisions that maximize growth and profitability.
  • Foster a culture of ongoing optimization by leveraging A/B testing, customer journey analysis, and continuous experimentation to improve conversion rates, customer engagement, and overall site performance.
  • Direct cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, align priorities, and deliver results through effective partnerships.
  • Identify new avenues for growth across the brand portfolio by evaluating market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity, enabling the organization to capitalize on opportunities ahead of the competition.
Required Skills amp; Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing digital merchandising and go-to-market strategies across multiple brands, including promotional planning, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and online brand positioning.
  • Proven history of improving key e-commerce performance metrics such as conversion rate, revenue, average order value, revenue per visitor, and customer retention through data-driven decision making.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities with expertise in platforms such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel, using insights to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and support strategic business decisions.
  • Strong collaborative leadership skills with experience partnering across user experience, digital marketing, merchandising, and analytics teams to deliver measurable commercial results.
  • Experience implementing personalization and customer experience initiatives that increase engagement, conversion, and long-term customer value.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills with strong execution and follow-through.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and lead high-performing teams while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Self-motivated leader with a strong work ethic, an ownership mentality, and a passion for building and scaling high-performing businesses.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and overtime, including various holidays
Education / Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree (Business, Marketing, Economics preferred)
  • 5+ years of eCommerce experience
  • 3+ years of using analytics software
  • 2+ years of team management experience (preferred)
Compensation amp; Benefits:
  • Annual Salary ($105,000 - $115,000) + On Target Quarterly Revenue Bonus
    • This role has an OTE of $129,000 - $139,000 annually
