Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and history.
• Design customized treatment plans that reflect an understanding of individual circumstances, cultural background, and therapeutic goals.
• Execute evidence-based counseling interventions and conduct regular progress reviews to optimize treatment effectiveness.
• Maintain updated knowledge of therapeutic techniques and methodologies to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients.
• Create a warm and inviting atmosphere during counseling sessions, promoting open dialogue and trust between you and the clients.
• Facilitate referrals to other mental health professionals when cases require specialized support.
• Provide ongoing follow-up and monitoring of patients to adapt treatment strategies and support their journey towards recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Hope Being Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse client base, ranging from children to adults dealing with various mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Active professional licensure to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience.
