Remote Senior M&A Attorney Position; Corporate Boutique Law Firm; No Portable Business Required

A high-quality mid-sized corporate law firm boutique founded by former BigLaw firm attorneys is seeking to hire a senior Mergers & Aquisitions (M&A) attorney with first-chair deal experience. The firm’s M&A practice is so robust that they’re currently turning down client work.

Qualified candidates MUST HAVE 7-30 years of recent first-chair M&A experience from a high quality law firm, and they MUST ALSO HAVE a very stable employment history, so candidates who have excessive job movement will not be considered.

NO PORTABLE BUSINESS IS REQUIRED

A separate more junior position is available for an M&A attorney with second-chair experience.

The hired candidate may work 100% remotely, but ideally should reside in the Mid-Atlantic U.S. or in South Florida.

The firm offers a very supportive and healthy environment.

Compensation Range: $275k-$400k
