Mindful Walkway Counseling & Wellness Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our dedicated team in a full-time remote capacity. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to develop appropriate intervention strategies.
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring goals align with the family's priorities.
• Monitor and evaluate child development outcomes, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to adapt services as necessary.
• Provide educational support and guidance to families on enhancing their child’s development through evidence-based practices.
• Establish and maintain supportive relationships with families, promoting a healthy learning environment for their children.
• Utilize a coaching model to facilitate learning in natural environments, meeting each child’s individualized treatment goals.
• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations, maintaining a high standard of ethical practice.

Your primary focus will be on young children, specifically infants and toddlers experiencing disabilities or developmental delays. You will work closely with families, providing them with the resources, support, and strategies they need to foster their children's growth in fundamental areas such as physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication development.

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
• Active licensure as an LICSW by the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver’s license to facilitate occasional work-related travel.
• Strong commitment to adapting strategies to meet diverse learning styles and family needs.
• Demonstrated respect and capability in collaborating with team members and stakeholders.

• At least one year of professional experience working with children in early intervention settings, preferably in hospice or related services.
• Familiarity with Natural Learning Environment Practices.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, enhancing communication with diverse families.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to monetary compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
