• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' needs, using standardized evaluation tools and personalized interviews.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to address each client's unique circumstances and therapeutic goals.
• Provide compassionate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques and best practices to foster healing.
• Engage in regular collaboration with multidisciplinary team members, including case conferences and updates on patient progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical notes, assessments, and treatment plans in accordance with HIPAA and organizational standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops, training sessions, and supervision to enhance therapeutic skills.

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Specialist, your client population will encompass a range of demographics, including individuals seeking counseling for anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges. You will work with clients from various backgrounds, ensuring culturally competent care that respects their unique experiences and perspectives. This role involves creating a nurturing space where clients feel safe to express their emotions and work toward personal growth.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.
• Current active licensure in Pennsylvania as a LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience providing mental health counseling.
• Strong understanding of record-keeping procedures and documentation requirements for patient care.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, compliant with local laws and regulations.

• Demonstrated experience with telehealth platforms for virtual therapy delivery.
• Previous work with diverse populations and knowledge of issues surrounding cultural competence in mental health.
• Experience in developing treatment plans that effectively address both clinical and environmental factors affecting mental health.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
