• Conduct thorough assessments and create tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client progress, interventions, and outcomes in compliance with professional standards.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure holistic client care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and supervision to enhance therapeutic skills.
• Utilize the telehealth system for therapy sessions, diagnostic assessments, and follow-up care.

Our practice serves a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. We cater to individuals dealing with anxiety disorders, depressive episodes, trauma-related symptoms, grief, and relational issues. The therapist will be instrumental in implementing treatment modalities tailored to meet the complexities and varying needs of patients, ensuring each individual receives compassionate care and effective interventions.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy with an active Licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, focusing on outpatient settings preferred.
• Profound understanding of ethical and professional standards related to mental health practice.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with clients compassionately and effectively.
• Access to a reliable means of transportation and a valid driver’s license for client-related meetings as necessary.
