Hopestone Counseling Services is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our remote team. This full-time position involves providing high-quality therapeutic services to individuals, particularly focusing on women, teens, and children affected by domestic violence. You will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through their challenges by offering both individual and group counseling sessions, as well as specialized Play Therapy for younger populations.

This role primarily operates in a remote setting, allowing you to provide counseling services from the comfort of your home while adhering to the highest standards of privacy and confidentiality through our telehealth platform. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients upon enrollment to help determine their treatment goals.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions for both adults and teens, employing techniques tailored to their unique needs.
• Maintain a detailed case management system, ensuring complete and accurate documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision meetings, offering insights and receiving feedback to enhance clinical skills.
• Actively provide crisis intervention support and emotional assistance during clients' critical moments.
• Offer community resources and referrals to assist clients in accessing additional support as needed.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and techniques.

Your primary focus will be on individuals, especially women and teens, who are either currently experiencing or have survived domestic violence. You will also provide specialized Play Therapy to children, utilizing creative and engaging methods to help them express their feelings and navigate their experiences. In this supportive capacity, you will advocate for clients' needs and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create a holistic approach to treatment.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• An active LPCC license in good standing is essential for this position.
• Experience with individual psychotherapy and family interventions is critical.
• Availability to work late afternoon hours (at least two evenings per week, from 3-8 PM) is required, with preference given to candidates open to weekend work.
• Possession of a valid driver's license is necessary for any community-based activities or referrals.

• Experience specifically in providing Play Therapy services will be an advantage, as we seek to expand our therapeutic offerings for children.
• Familiarity with the challenges faced by families affected by domestic violence will enhance the supportive environment we aim to create.
• Candidates with verified experience in ethical data management and compliance are preferred, especially those familiar with telehealth compliance guidelines.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 105,000, complemented by performance bonuses and a signing incentive to welcome you to our team.
