We're looking for motivated, self-driven individuals to join our growing recruiting team. As a Remote CDL Recruiter, you'll help qualified Class A CDL drivers find local, regional, and OTR driving opportunities with top carriers nationwide.

This is an excellent opportunity for recruiters, customer service professionals, sales professionals, or anyone who enjoys helping people while earning uncapped commission. No cold calling is required if you already have your own lead generation methods, but recruiters are encouraged to actively source and build their own pipeline of drivers.

What You'll Do
  • Recruit and pre-qualify Class A CDL drivers
  • Match drivers with local, regional, and OTR opportunities
  • Explain job details, pay, home time, and requirements
  • Submit driver applications to hiring carriers
  • Communicate with carriers throughout the hiring process
  • Keep drivers updated on application status
  • Follow up with drivers until they're hired and onboarded
  • Maintain accurate notes and communication records
Compensation
