ServiceNow Architect/Tech Lead
Client: GSA
POP: 12+ months
Location: Local to Reston, VA preferred (4 days on-site); remote accepted if not local

SCOPE
This role involves being a ServiceNow expert guiding clients through the most complex and demanding ServiceNow implementations and providing advice on best practices. This individual will need to be ambitious, work independently, and also mentor and lead the developer(s) & business process consultant(s). The ability to handle change ambiguity and good time management will be critical in this role.
REQUIRED SKILLS
  • 4-6 years of experience as a ServiceNow system implementation specialist or similar role
  • Experience in implementing ServiceNow processes and functions
  • Experience in implementing within FEDRAMP environment and government security requirements
  • SSO integration experience with Okta
  • Experience implementing configuring and customizing ServiceNow per client requirements
  • Experience with domain separation ServiceNow instance

TASKS
  • This role involves being a ServiceNow expert guiding clients through the most complex and demanding ServiceNow implementations and providing advice on best practices (ServiceNow and IBM). This individual will need to be ambitious work independently and also mentor and lead the developer(s) & business process consultant(s). The ability to handle change ambiguity and good time management will be critical in this role.
