Requirement/Must Have:

  • 8+ years of experience in Logistics & Industrial Real Estate domain.
  • Strong understanding of Logistics Operations, Warehouse Management, Commercial Real Estate, Lease Management, Property Development, Facilities Management, Capital Projects, Strategic Capital, Procurement, and Sustainability.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the domain expert for Logistics and Industrial Real Estate.
  • Understand customer business strategies, priorities, and challenges.
  • Translate business problems into technology-enabled solutions.
  • Advise leadership on industry best practices and emerging trends.
  • Build trusted relationships with VPs, Directors, Product Owners, and Business Leaders.
  • Facilitate workshops, Client sessions, and business process discussions.
  • Support executive presentations and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Identify new business opportunities within the customer organization.
  • Provide consulting across various areas including Warehouse leasing, Industrial property management, Distribution centers, and more.
  • Work with Solution Architects to define future-state architecture.
  • Identify opportunities for AI, Automation, Digital Twin, IoT, and Analytics.
  • Drive AI use cases across Procurement, Property Management, Customer Experience, and more.
  • Help define AI roadmaps, business outcomes, and value realization strategies.
