About the Role
We're looking for a Partner Services Manager to help lead and grow a high-profile partnership with a major philanthropic organization. In this role, you'll serve as the connective tissue between partner stakeholders, internal creative teams, and publishing operations -helping shepherd a high-volume slate of written, video, social, newsletter, and live event initiatives from concept through launch.
What You'll Do:
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day lead across partner stakeholders and internal teams throughout the full campaign lifecycle; first line of contact for problem solving, navigating partner questions, or surfacing information
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across editorial, production, publishing, and partner teams while proactively navigating trade-offs, competing demands, and shifting priorities
  • Surface partner feedback and proactively recommend solutions, trade-offs, and stakeholder management approaches with diplomacy and a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Cultivate & build trusted partner relationships across wide array of stakeholders that drive long-term collaboration and trust
  • Translate high-level strategic goals into actionable production and publishing workflows
  • Create and manage dynamic project timelines, reprioritizing based on evolving project needs, stakeholder feedback, and fast-moving campaign priorities
  • Maintain and optimize centralized project documentation and knowledge-sharing systems, ensuring teams have clear visibility into deliverables and critical updates needed to execute effectively
  • Work within the client's project management systems to input updates, track progress, and ensure visibility across their internal teams
  • Coordinate publishing and launch workflows across partner, editorial, production, and social teams
  • Regular internal + external reporting on progress towards workstream revenue goals [current and planned]

Who You Are:
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in a project management and/or account management role
  • Strong understanding of video production, publishing, and digital content workflows
  • A self-starter who solves problems proactively; you thrive in ambiguity and naturally identify ways to bring structure to chaos
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence
  • Skilled at influencing and aligning cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Comfortable managing a high volume of simultaneous projects, shifting priorities, and creative formats in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment
  • Able to quickly assess competing priorities and make thoughtful decisions in environments where timelines, information, and stakeholder needs evolve rapidly
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
