• Act as a primary clinician for clients dealing with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, delivering therapy in both individual and group settings.
• Conduct thorough assessments, applying evidence-based screening tools to identify client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to establish integrated care plans, ensuring seamless access to essential services.
• Monitor client progress through regular meetings and assessments, adapting treatment approaches as necessary to support ongoing recovery.
• Assist in crisis intervention, applying your training to manage and de-escalate emergencies effectively.
• Perform documentation and data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner to support ongoing improvement in service delivery.
• Participate in continuous professional development and contribute to team-based quality improvement initiatives.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker within our organization, you will primarily support clients from diverse backgrounds who are facing significant mental health challenges. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution and a valid LCSW license in Georgia.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
