Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Clinicians specializing in Oncology and Hematology to contribute their medical expertise to an innovative healthcare AI project. In this role, you will help improve next-generation AI systems by evaluating clinical content, reviewing trial data, and providing expert medical judgment. No prior AI experience is required—your clinical expertise and domain knowledge are what matter most.

Key Responsibilities
  • Author and review clinical evaluation tasks requiring advanced oncology and hematology expertise.

  • Analyze clinical study reports, safety reports, regulatory documents, and trial materials to assess medical accuracy.

  • Evaluate the clinical relevance of efficacy and safety conclusions, including endpoints and treatment outcomes.

  • Assess dose escalation strategies, dose-limiting toxicities, adverse event grading, attribution, and patient safety narratives.

  • Review benefit-risk assessments and identify clinically inconsistent, inaccurate, or implausible interpretations.

  • Provide structured, guideline-based written explanations of clinical reasoning and findings.

  • Support AI model training by delivering high-quality clinical evaluations and expert feedback.

  • Experience reviewing clinical trial documents, including protocols, investigator brochures, clinical study reports, safety narratives, and DSMB/IDMC materials.

  • Strong understanding of oncology and hematology response criteria and clinical endpoints.

  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to explain complex clinical concepts clearly.

  • Experience in medical monitoring, medical director roles, adjudication committees, or independent review committees is preferred.

  • Peer-reviewed publications or authorship of clinical trial manuscripts is a plus.

  • Experience with AI-assisted clinical review tools is an advantage.
