• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ mental health needs and collaborate on personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based intervention strategies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to facilitate client healing and progress.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all therapy sessions to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
• Provide support and guidance to clients dealing with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational difficulties.
• Utilize our integrated practice management system to manage client scheduling, billing, and other administrative tasks efficiently.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities and participate in team meetings to share insights and best practices.

Your primary focus will be on adult clients seeking therapy for various emotional and psychological challenges. You will work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, providing culturally competent care that respects and embraces their unique experiences. • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited university.
• Active licensure as a mental health professional (e.g., LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in good standing.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical psychotherapy with adults, preferably two years or more.
• Proficient in evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Exceptional written communication skills for complete and concise documentation of client sessions.

• Experience providing therapy in a remote setting and familiarity with telehealth technology.

• A clean professional record without any disciplinary actions against your license.
