• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' mental health backgrounds, strengths, and needs.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions applying evidence-based techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy, tailored to each client’s objectives.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with clearly defined goals, ensuring ongoing evaluation and adjustment as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care and ensure a holistic approach.
• Provide crisis intervention, assessing risk and developing safety plans when needed, demonstrating your expertise and quick thinking.
• Maintain up-to-date, accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, allowing for effective case management.
• Facilitate group therapy and psychoeducation classes to foster a supportive community among clients.

Your work will primarily involve a diverse clientele comprising individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. The demographic range is broad, including adolescents, adults, and seniors, each with unique needs and backgrounds. • An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, with additional performance-based bonuses.
