This position is primarily remote, allowing therapists the comfort and convenience of working from their homes. • Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health requirements, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans that address individual goals.
• Facilitate evidence-based therapy sessions through secure virtual platforms, adapting methods as necessary to align with clients' unique backgrounds and preferences.
• Establish collaborative relationships with clients, setting clear therapeutic goals and providing the necessary support and encouragement throughout their journey.
• Utilize a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, tailored to each client's situation.
• Maintain meticulous and timely records of client progress and therapy session notes, ensuring compliance with documentation standards.

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your expertise will be crucial in helping clients navigate their mental health challenges, and you will provide empathetic and understanding support to facilitate their healing and wellness. Our clients come from various backgrounds and life experiences, adding richness to the therapeutic process and collaborative goal-setting.

• A current and valid license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required for eligibility.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and a therapeutic rapport with clients remotely.
• A strong capacity for empathy, understanding, and compassion, enabling effective support for clients facing difficult challenges.
• Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills, essential for effectively managing client workloads and remote documentation.

• Prior experience in teletherapy or remote counseling is highly regarded, as is familiarity with digital therapeutic tools.
• Proficiency in crisis intervention strategies and managing complex cases.
• Experience working with culturally diverse populations and understanding the nuances of providing mental health support across various backgrounds.
