• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based evaluation techniques.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that address a range of mental health issues.
• Provide therapeutic services including individual and group counseling sessions, addressing the unique challenges faced by clients.
• Document client progress accurately, maintaining up-to-date and confidential treatment records as per organizational policies.
• Engage in ongoing supervision and professional development activities, ensuring adherence to best practices in mental health care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to enhance client care and link clients to community resources.
• Facilitate therapeutic activities, workshops, and programs that promote mental well-being and community engagement.

Your role will involve working predominantly with youth, helping them navigate mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and substance use issues. • A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field; current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience in a counseling setting, with a focus on youth and mental health treatment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of a wide range of mental disorders and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients and their families.

• Experience working in a community health or outpatient setting, with a strong understanding of treatment protocols.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms to facilitate effective documentation and patient care.
• Skills in crisis intervention and conflict resolution to address potentially challenging situations with clients.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
