• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to create customized therapy plans that address individual client needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and group settings, employing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused therapy.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, adhering to all legal and ethical standards, thus ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Regularly participate in professional development activities, including workshops and training, to remain informed about the latest advancements in mental health research and practices.
• Foster collaborative relationships with other health professionals to ensure holistic and integrated client care.

As an LPC at BJC Wellness Center, you will work closely with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a spectrum of mental health challenges. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted license to practice as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Tennessee.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical context.
• Strong understanding of legal, ethical, and professional standards in counseling.
• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport with a diverse clientele through excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technologies is essential for effective documentation and patient management.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance use disorders, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.
• Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams, enhancing holistic treatment approaches.

• The salary range for this position offers competitive compensation between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
