• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs, developing personalized therapy plans that include measurable objectives to track progress.
• Deliver a range of therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy and group sessions, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to enhance comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies to support client progress.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training workshops to stay current in the evolving field of mental health, enhancing your therapeutic skills and knowledge.

You will be working with a diverse client base, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges. Our focus includes children, adolescents, individuals, couples, and families, particularly those from underserved communities who may have limited access to mental health resources. Your role as a counselor will directly impact their emotional and psychological well-being.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Possess an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience is required, preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards relevant to mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster rapport with clients from various backgrounds.
• Experience and proficiency in using EMR software and related technologies to document client care effectively.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance abuse, or trauma-informed care will be highly regarded.
• A history of successfully working within a collaborative healthcare team is advantageous.
