  • Work collaboratively with clients to assess their needs and develop personalized treatment plans focused on their mental health goals.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and methodologies to guide clients through their healing processes, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices.
  • Document all client interactions and treatment progress using electronic health record (EHR) systems, adhering to organizational policies and confidentiality regulations.
  • Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation to enhance therapeutic skills and ensure the quality of care provided.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base is incredibly diverse, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds, age groups, and life experiences. You will provide support for clients dealing with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Healing Reflection Counseling ensures that each clinician is equipped and trained to handle unique client situations with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • An active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • At least two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, with an emphasis on creating effective treatment plans and conducting therapy in a virtual setting.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to connect and build rapport with clients from varying walks of life.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and proficiency in managing digital documentation processes.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience using therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
  • Prior work in a telehealth setting or experience with remote client engagement strategies.
  • A background in crisis intervention or acute care therapy is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to support clients in distress.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Comprehensive health insurance including medical, dental, and vision coverage to support your well-being.
  • A robust retirement plan featuring a 401(k) with employer contributions to help you plan for your future.
  • Paid time off (PTO), holidays, and life insurance to contribute to a healthy work-life balance.
