Client Experience Specialist

Remote (Must Live Within 50 Miles of Charleston, SC)

$17.50/hr | 6-Month Contract-to-Hire | September 28 Start Date

Insight Global is hiring Client Experience Specialists on behalf of our clients, a leading remote workforce solutions company. This is a fully remote opportunity for customer-focused professionals who enjoy helping others, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.

As a Client Experience Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls and messages, scheduling appointments, processing requests, capturing leads, and providing exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can multitask across multiple systems while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer high-volume inbound customer calls and messages
  • Schedule appointments and assist with customer requests
  • Process orders and capture customer information
  • Accurately document interactions in multiple systems
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
  • Follow client-specific workflows and service guidelines
  • Meet productivity, quality, and attendance expectations
  • Deliver a positive customer experience in a remote environment

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of customer service, call center, or customer-facing experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience handling high-volume inbound calls
  • Comfortable learning multiple systems and processes
  • Experience with scheduling, order processing, or lead intake preferred
  • Strong multitasking and computer skills
  • Additional language proficiency is a plus
  • Ability to type at least 30 WPM

Requirements:

  • Must live within 50 miles of Charleston, SC (29403)
  • Must remain local throughout employment
  • Able to travel to the Charleston office 2-3 times per year
  • Dedicated home office/workspace free of distractions
  • Hardwired internet connection (Ethernet required)
  • Private home internet account
  • Webcam required for training
  • Must be available to attend 2 weeks of paid training with no absences

Schedule & Training:

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Flexible availability between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM EST
  • Weekend availability required
  • During the first 8-12 weeks, employees must work minimum 8-hour shifts on Fridays and Saturdays
  • Paid Training: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-6:00 PM EST for 2 weeks
