• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, tailoring individualized therapy strategies to meet the diverse needs of clients.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, applying methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical records in adherence to state regulations and ethical guidelines, ensuring alignment with best practices in mental health care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to discuss case reviews and develop comprehensive treatment plans, enhancing client outcomes.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training, remaining current with emerging research and therapeutic methods in the mental health field.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

• A thorough understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
