• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' emotional and mental health needs to accurately tailor therapy plans.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, adapting techniques as necessary to reflect shifts in client goals and obstacles.
• Engage in meaningful therapy sessions via telehealth or in-office meetings, depending on client preferences, fostering trust and rapport.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records utilizing our digital health management system, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and clinical supervision, contributing to the shared knowledge of the team while advancing personal therapeutic skills.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing mental health challenges, families navigating relationship difficulties, and couples seeking better communication and resolve conflicts. • Master's or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current, active LMFT license in the state of Maryland.
• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapy methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or systemic family therapy.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to engage clients in meaningful dialogue.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in mental health settings, specifically providing therapy to families, couples, and individuals.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is highly preferred to streamline patient documentation and communication.
