• Conduct thorough intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Provide psychotherapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), ensuring clients receive the most effective care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation while adhering to confidentiality regulations and standards.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities to address mental health issues, providing support and coping strategies during sessions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated treatment approaches that encompass holistic care for clients.
• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and maintain licensure requirements.

Our client base consists of individuals, including adolescents and adults, who seek support for a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a therapist, you will play a crucial role in fostering resilience and guiding clients towards healthier coping mechanisms. Given that many sessions are funded by educational institutions, you will have the unique opportunity to focus more on therapeutic outcomes rather than administrative work.

• A Master’s level degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.
• Current and active licensure in the state of New Jersey as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A clean disciplinary record with any licensing board in any jurisdiction.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting intake assessments and drafting comprehensive treatment plans.
• Proficient writing and documentation skills for session notes and progress reports.

• At least two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy, particularly to adult populations.
• Experience in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), for effective treatment delivery.
• Familiarity with client management systems and electronic health records (EHR) to streamline documentation processes.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust compensation structure, our therapists are eligible for a sign-on bonus with their first client.
