Job description

Platform Operations Manager - Partners Company Overview

Archera empowers organizations of all sizes to optimize their cloud costs through unique, short-term, insured commitments. Hundreds of customers rely on Archera\'s innovative FinTech solutions to increase their cloud ROI while accelerating revenue objectives and service agility.

Archera\'s unique cloud rate insurance products and free FinOps platform enable teams to accurately predict and plan infrastructure growth, maximize commitment-based savings, and hedge against market demands and evolving cloud service provider offerings. Archera works closely with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud, along with a broad partner ecosystem, to help customers execute financially prudent cloud strategies.

Position Overview

Archera is seeking a Partner Platform Operations Manager to own the technical infrastructure that keeps our partner ecosystem running smoothly across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. Reporting to the Director of Platform Operations, you will own cloud marketplace administration, serve as the internal subject-matter expert on Archera\'s partner API, and act as the point of contact for partner revenue-share processes. This is an internal, behind-the-scenes role, ideal for someone who enjoys learning technical systems in depth and building documented processes where none exist yet. You will work cross-functionally with our Finance, Engineering, Sales, and Partners teams to keep partner operations accurate, reliable, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own cloud provider marketplace administration across AWS, Azure, and GCP, onboarding and maintaining listings and keeping them accurate, current, and fully documented.
  • Serve as the internal subject-matter expert on Archera\'s partner API, building robust documentation and scalable support processes as adoption grows.
  • Act as the point of contact for partner revenue-share processes, providing Partners and Finance with accurate, timely answers.
  • Support the team\'s daily purchasing and moneyback-guarantee execution, providing backup coverage as needed.
  • Partner with internal teams to surface operational tooling gaps and drive them to resolution rather than relying on manual workarounds.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in a technical operations, cloud, or FinOps role.
  • 3+ years of experience working with cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Hands-on experience supporting an API-based product or solution, including API keys, REST endpoints, and versioning.
  • Proven success working cross-functionally with Finance, Engineering, Sales, and executive teams.
  • Experience filing bug reports and feature requests with product and engineering teams using Jira or a similar ticketing tool.
  • Fluency with LLM-based tools (e.g., Claude) as part of a daily workflow.
  • Certified cloud practitioner in at least one provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary and equity package
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) plan
  • Flexible PTO and company holidays
  • Remote-first culture
  • Opportunity to shape and scale a category-defining FinTech platform
